In October 2023, manufacturing production recorded a slight decline of 2.7% compared to the same month of the previous year. This result was mainly explained by the decrease in the non-primary subsector (-5.8%), which contributed -4.6 percentage points and continued the contractionary trend. However, the primary subsector partially offset this decline, increasing by 9.1% and contributing +1.9 percentage points.
