Today, November 19th, a total of 328.9 metric tons (MT) of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale markets in Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), marking a 6.1% increase compared to yesterday's supply. The species with the highest entries today included squid, bonito, and hake. Additionally, 196.6 MT of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fishing markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
