Today, February 3rd, a total of 388.2 metric tons of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 35.1% decrease compared to yesterday's supply. The species with the highest volume of entry today were Jack Mackerel, Bonito, and Squid. Additionally, 359.8 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
