In 2024, aquaculture harvest activity recorded slight growth of 2.9%, after two consecutive years of decline. Total harvest volume reached 108,144 MT, driven mainly by an increase in scallop farming. In contrast, this performance was partially offset by other aquaculture resources, such as shrimp and tilapia, which recorded significant decreases.
