Today, March 21, a total of 538.9 metric tons (MT) of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing an 11.4% increase compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species with the highest volumes today were jack mackerel, bonito, and jumbo squid (pota). Additionally, 383.6 MT of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
