Today, July 3rd, 356.5 metric tons (MT) of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 10.6% increase compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species with the highest volumes today were jumbo squid, jack mackerel, and bonito. Additionally, 210.7 MT of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
