Today, July 15th, a total of 312.9 metric tons (MT) of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 25.0% increase compared to the previous day. The main species with the highest volumes were bonito, hake, and flying gurnard. Additionally, 161.0 MT of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
