Today, September 18th, a total of 406.0 MT of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 55.0% increase compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species with the highest volumes today were bonito, jumbo flying squid, and jack mackerel. In addition, 312.4 MT of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
