Today, November 18th, a total of 369.1 MT of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 2.6% increase compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species entering today were dolphinfish, bonito, and jack mackerel. In addition, 271.6 MT of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
