Today, December 4th, a total of 360.2 MT of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing an 8.8% increase compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species entering today were dolphinfish, jumbo squid, and bonito. In addition, 447.8 MT of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
