Today, February 13th, a total of 404.7 MT of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 20.7% increase compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species entering today were bonito, jack mackerel (jurel), and jumbo flying squid (pota). In addition, 349.1 MT of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
