Methodological Note of the Impact Evaluation of the "Training and technical assistance to artisanal fishermen through the Artisanal Fishing Extension Service SEPA".

A quasi-experimental estimation using the Propensity Score Matching technique was conducted for artisanal fishermen to obtain preliminary results. Positive effects on fishermen's participation in the SEPA program were found.
