Among the main findings of the study, it was found that, in 2018 and 2019, the planned physical target was not met, with compliance rates of 49% and 69%, respectively. In contrast, in 2017, the target was exceeded, reaching 210%. Regarding the performance indicator “Percentage of people who acquired knowledge in business management aspects,” the results were 55%, 70%, and 63% in 2017, 2018, and 2019, respectively.
