This study provides a diagnosis of the main economic variables and their characteristics, as well as an extensive review of the relevant academic literature. To this end, interviews are first conducted with key stakeholders from the public sector, private sector, and civil society. Then, based on the information collected, the study identifies the barriers to economic growth and the public policies required in the Ica Region.
