In 2024, Peruvian MIPYMEs (micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises) represent 99.3% of the business ecosystem, generate 89.1% of formal private-sector employment, and contribute approximately 13.6% of national business income and 6% of exported value. Based on this, the OGEIEE has made available the book “Las Mipyme en cifras 2024”, which aims to provide a comprehensive, up-to-date, and analytical view of the performance of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in Peru, using relevant statistical and economic information.
