March 2025: Sectoral Inflation Report

In March, monthly inflation in Metropolitan Lima reached +0.81%, marking an increase compared to the previous month (+0.19%). This monthly result was mainly explained by higher prices of private school tuition fees, eviscerated chicken, and chicken eggs. Meanwhile, price declines in sweet granadilla, mandarins, domestic airfares, gasohol, and interprovincial bus fares partially offset inflationary pressures.
