This document proposes estimating an ordinary least squares model with fixed effects at the artisanal fisher level. To this end, it requires collecting information through a baseline survey of 696 artisanal fishers and artisanal vessel owners in Lima and Callao, as well as conducting a follow-up survey of the treatment group (trained fishers) and the control group (untrained fishers), to build a panel dataset of fishers for the 2023–2026 period.
