October 2025: Sectoral Inflation Report

In October, monthly inflation in Metropolitan Lima was -0.10%, marking a decrease compared to the previous month (+0.01%). This month’s performance is largely explained by lower prices for bonito, hen eggs, mango, mobile phone services, and residential electricity. In contrast, price increases in other products—such as tomatoes, passion fruit, Hass avocados, eviscerated chicken, and jack mackerel—partially offset the deflationary pressures.
