This monthly performance was largely explained by lower prices of bonito fish, chicken eggs, mangoes, mobile phone services, and residential electricity. In contrast, price increases in other items, such as tomatoes, passion fruit, avocados, eviscerated chicken, and jack mackerel, partially offset deflationary pressures.
