Today, September 2nd, a total of 289.4 MT of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), 5.3% higher than yesterday’s supply. The main species supplied today included jack mackerel, jumbo flying squid, and false flying fish. Additionally, 182.5 MT of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
