Today, September 3rd, 427.5 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale markets in Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 67.4% increase compared to yesterday's supply. The main species delivered today were mackerel, bonito, and hake. Additionally, 200.3 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
