Today, September 3rd, a total of 372.4 MT of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), 28.7% higher than yesterday’s supply. The main species supplied today included jack mackerel, jumbo flying squid, and bonito. Additionally, 218.6 MT of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
