Today, June 4th, a total of 482.8 metric tons of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 1.9% decrease compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species supplied today were jack mackerel, jumbo squid, and bonito. Additionally, 589.7 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
