Today, August 4th, a total of 405.5 metric tons (MT) of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 12.9% increase compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species with the highest volume today were jack mackerel, bonito, and mullet. Additionally, 325.4 MT of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets in the regions of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
