Today, September 5th, a total of 604.4 MT of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), 12.8% higher than yesterday’s supply. The main species supplied today included jack mackerel, bonito, and jumbo flying squid. Additionally, 395.8 MT of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
