Today, May 7, a total of 345.7 metric tons (MT) of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), which is 26.8% lower than yesterday’s supply. The main species received today included giant squid (pota), horse mackerel (jurel), and mullet (lisa). Additionally, 338.5 MT of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
