Today, January 8, a total of 744.7 MT of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 2.7% increase compared to yesterday's supply. The species with the highest arrivals today included jack mackerel, bonito, and giant squid. Additionally, 351.1 MT of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
