Today, February 10, a total of 616.1 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing an 8.5% decrease compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species with the highest volume of entry today included jack mackerel, bonito, and jumbo squid. Additionally, 516.0 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
