Today, February 12, a total of 509.0 metric tons of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing an 8.2% increase compared to yesterday's supply. The species with the highest volume of entry today included Jurel (horse mackerel), Bonito, and Lisa (mullet). Additionally, 502.0 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
