Today, March 11, a total of 581.7 metric tons of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 16.8% increase compared to yesterday's supply. The species with the highest volume today included horse mackerel, bonito, and squid. Additionally, 526.8 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
