On May 11, 392.6 MT of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing an 18.9% decrease compared to yesterday’s supply. The species with the highest volumes received today were jumbo squid, bonito, and jack mackerel. Likewise, 396.9 MT of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
