Today, January 12th, a total of 434.9 MT of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 4.0% decrease compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species entering today were bonito, jack mackerel, and dolphinfish. In addition, 653.4 MT of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
