Today, June 12th, a total of 362.5 metric tons of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 25.7% increase compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species supplied today were jack mackerel, bonito, and jumbo squid. Additionally, 221.5 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
