Today, January 14, a total of 548.4 metric tons of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 6.2% increase compared to yesterday's supply. The species with the highest entries today included bonito, jack mackerel, and squid. Additionally, 303.1 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
