Today, January 15, a total of 475.7 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), which is 13.3% less than yesterday's supply. The species with the highest volume today were jack mackerel, bonito, and squid. Additionally, 328.6 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
