Today, April 16, a total of 725.8 metric tons of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 30.7% increase compared to yesterday’s supply. The species with the highest volumes today included Bonito, Squid, and Jack Mackerel. Additionally, 565.9 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets in the regions of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
