Today, may 16, a total of 369.6 metric tons of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 23.5% increase compared to yesterday's supply. The species with the highest volume today included Bonito (tuna-like fish), Pota (giant squid), and Lisa (mullet). Additionally, 241.1 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets in the regions of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
