Today, February 17, metric tons of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 9.6% decrease compared to yesterday’s supply. The species with the highest volume today included Jack mackerel, Bonito, and Jumbo squid. Additionally, 408.7 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
