Today, June 17th, a total of 351.0 metric tons (MT) of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 13.8% increase compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species with the highest volume today were jumbo flying squid, bonito, and jack mackerel. Additionally, 262.4 MT of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
