Today, July 18th, a total of 319.8 metric tons (MT) of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 6.2% increase compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species with the highest volumes today were Hake, Bonito, and Squid. Additionally, 153.3 MT of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
