Today, may 19, a total of 336.3 metric tons (MT) of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 37.6% decrease compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species with the highest volumes today were: bonito, squid, and jack mackerel. Additionally, 305.8 MT of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
