Today, June 19th, a total of 399.6 metric tons (MT) of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 67.9% increase compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species with the highest volume today were bonito, jumbo flying squid, and mullet. Additionally, 271.7 MT of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
