Today, August 19, a total of 575.9 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale markets in Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), marking a 26.2% increase over yesterday’s supply. The species with the highest volume today included jack mackerel, bonito, and mackerel. Additionally, 347.2 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were distributed to wholesale fishing markets across Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
