Today, February 20, a total of 556.0 metric tons of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 57.6% increase compared to yesterday's supply. The species with the highest volume today included Jack mackerel, Bonito, and Jumbo squid. Additionally, 239.4 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
