Today may 20, a total of 371.3 metric tons of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 10.4% increase compared to yesterday's supply. The main species with the highest volumes today were squid, bonito, and jack mackerel. Additionally, 248.8 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
