Today, January 21st, a total of 411.6 MT of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing an 11.6% decrease compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species entering today were bonito, jumbo flying squid (pota), and dolphinfish (perico). In addition, 289.5 MT of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
