Today, may 23rd, a total of 449.1 metric tons of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 10.6% decrease compared to the supply on May 22nd. The main species with the highest volumes today were bonito, jumbo squid, and jack mackerel. Additionally, 284.5 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
