Today, March 25, a total of 482.7 metric tons (MT) of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing an 18.7% increase compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species with the highest volumes today were jumbo flying squid (pota), bonito, and jack mackerel. Additionally, 441.5 MT of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
