Today, July 25th, a total of 483.6 metric tons (MT) of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 27.1% decrease compared to the previous day's supply. The main species with the highest volume today were bonito, jack mackerel, and hake. Additionally, 595.7 MT of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets in the regions of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
