Today, may 26th, a total of 381.0 metric tons of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 19.9% increase compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species with the highest volumes were bonito, squid, and jack mackerel. Additionally, 270.1 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
